Combat Seasonal Allergies with DIY Lymphatic Drainage Massage

It’s only January and almost everyone in Austin is suffering from Cedar allergies! A few nights ago I met with some natural health friends at Brave New Books and we all practiced DIY Lymphatic Drainage and experienced immediate results!

As you start draining your collarbone lymphs, you may notice immediate drainage in your throat and ears. I did. My ears began to tickle and I had to start clearing my throat to clear the drainage.

Once you move up to your neck and ear lymphs, you might notice it becomes easier to breathe. I did!  If you are suffering from a head cold or seasonal allergies, please try this method and let me know how it works!

For best results – use an essential oil on your finger tips that specifically targets seasonal threats. My oil of choice was Melaluca (aka Tee Tree Oil).
